Candela Plunger – Gentle Pro Series

The Candela Plunger is an internal part of the Gentle Pro handpiece delivery system. Its main role is to hold the optical fiber securely in position at the selected spot size. This ensures the laser beam is correctly aligned and delivered through the fiber at the right focal point.

If the plunger becomes worn or faulty, the fiber will not lock into the correct spot size position. This can result in incorrect alignment, spot size errors, and the machine becoming unusable until the plunger is replaced.
